1. Booking and Reservations
A. The Booking Process
For the booking to be completed with Bangkok Family Vacations you have to provide the truth and complete details. It is necessary that at least one of the people who is doing the booking should be 18 years or more than that. Booking is subject to availability but the service prices remain the same up to the time of reservation.
B. Payment Terms
It is possible that a deposit be required during the booking process depending on the kind of service and package that you will choose. It is a case unless you are told the departure date in the booking confirmation that full payment should be done before. There are different type of payment methods which include credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers, cash on delivery. All payments should be made in the indicated currency using them.
C. Reservation Validation
Once you have completed the booking process you will get a email confirmation with all the information for the reservation. You will have to check clearly that every detail is right. The difference is your liability.
2. Changes and Cancellations
A. Cancellation Policy
We do not provide cancelation or refund for the activity or tours already confirmed. For tour packages we provide as follows.
By the Traveler: To cancel your booking, simply write to us. There might be cancellation charges applicable according to the number of days before the departure of the tour:
-Cancellations made 25 days before the departure date will apply a cancellation charge of 50%.
-Cancellations made within 15 days of the departure may entail the full amount of the booking.
By the Company: We retain the right to cancel or change bookings on short notice if there are unforeseen circumstances such as travel restrictions, natural disasters or operational issues.
Should this be the case, we will return your money or provide you with alternate options where feasible. B. Changes to Bookings It is your responsibility to inform us of your changes to your booking such as changes in the travel dates, destinations or services before [X] days. All changes are on request and are subject to certain charges.
3. Duties of the Traveler
A. Passport and Visa Requirements
It is your responsibility to guarantee that you have a passport that is valid for your trip and that you have obtained the necessary visas for the destinations included in your booking. We highly recommend that you check the visa requirements well in advance.
B. Health and Safety
You must ensure that you meet any expected health and safety requirements for your trip, including any vaccination or other health protocol. We advise you to consult your physician or health official for advice on health precautions for your travels.
C. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is therefore most highly recommended to cover unexpected cancellations, delays, accidents, or medical emergencies during your trip. We will assist you in arranging travel insurance, but it is your responsibility to choose and arrange insurance best suited to your needs.
D. Behavior and Conduct
You will maintain proper conduct and show respect during your travel journey. Any behavior detrimental to the enjoyment of other travelers or disrespectful to the local laws and regulations might result in an immediate termination of the said trip without refund.
4. Liabilities and Limitations
A. Travel And Tour Providers
We act as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, et cetera). We exercise all due diligence to ensure the selection of those suppliers, but cannot be held accountable for any neglect, default, or change of services by them, including but not limited to flight cancellations, hotel closures, or any other issue which may arise during your travel.
B. Limitations Of Liabilities
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Bangkok Holiday Travel.
Any loss, injury, or damage suffered by a person or property due, directly or indirectly, to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to strikes, weather conditions, terrorism.
5. Intellectual Property
All contents of our website such as text, graphics, logos, and trademarks are the property of Bangkok Holiday Travel or its licensors. The use of the materials applied from the website is protected by intellectual property laws. Any form of use, reproduction or distribution of any material from our website is strictly forbidden without prior written permission.
